NEW: MN Concussion Law and Required Training
The Minnesota Legislature recently passed a "Concussion Law" which requires any municipality, business, school district or nonprofit organization that organizes a youth athletic activity and charges a fee to follow the statute's requirements, including implementing concussion training and education to improve player safety and establish safe return-to-play policies for athletes who sustain a concussion.

2011 - 2012 LSBBA Fundraiser Details
New to the LSBBA program this year, is a fundraiser. It consists of a checkbook containing deals to local restaurants and businesses. The cost of the checkbook $20.00 and has already been built into the registration fee. Each participant will be tasked with selling one checkbook or you can choose to keep it and benefit from the $170.00 in savings.
The checkbook will be distributed by coaches prior to the beginning of the season.
