We believe this is a key part of being successful on and off the court.  we all agree that our focus will not be entirely on wins & losses, but instead on commitment, effort and intensity. If both players and coaches are maximizing their commitment to the process, then that's all we can ask. When we win, it will be a by-product of that effort. However, if we lose, either we didn't give it 100% or we gave it all we had and just lost to a better team that day.  And you can’t ask for more than that….

The 8B team is made up of players from last year’s A, B and C teams, which means there will be a “getting to know you” period. As players and coaches, once we all get familiar with one another, we will be a force to reckon with at the “B” level.
